New European Norma: ISO IN 4126-2:2003 - Finally a little clearness in the definition of a rupture disc

The rupture disc was not invented in Europe and that feels some in the American cruel terms which are: 

- the "mfg ranges" (the tolerance of manufacture: 0;  5;  10%)
- the "Burst tolerances" (tolerances of rupture, -3/+6% for example)
- Ratio of service (Service rate)
- 70% of stamped burst pressure (70% of burst pressure rated)
- etc...
